FAQs

A detailed schedule for each camp will be shared with parents/guardians one week prior to the start of camp.

Yes, camp photos will be uploaded to a secure shared drive accessible to parents/guardians.

Unless specifically mentioned prior to the day, we will NOT be providing food for the duration of camp. Occasional treats may be provided during camp activities or special events.

We ask all families to pack nut-free lunches and snacks to help protect campers with severe allergies. While we strive to maintain a nut-aware environment, we cannot guarantee that the facility or all food items brought on-site are completely nut-free. Please notify us of any allergies or medical concerns on the registration forms.

The registration fee is inclusive of all activities and field trips for the duration of all camp days. Thus, there will be no accommodation for missed days of camp.

Yes, all scheduled field trips, transportation, and camp activities are included in the registration fee unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure your camper is registered in the correct grade and age group based on their grade as of September 2026. Camp groupings are designed to ensure appropriate supervision, programming, and age-based activities. If a camper is registered in the incorrect group, ISNA Canada reserves the right to reassign the camper to the appropriate class based on availability. If accommodations cannot be made, families may be asked to withdraw their camper from that camp session.

Registration fees are non-refundable. Requests for refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances.

Campers are expected to treat staff, volunteers, and fellow campers with respect and follow all camp rules and safety instructions. Repeated disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in parent contact and possible dismissal from camp activities.

Please ensure all medications are clearly labeled and any important medical information is provided during registration. Campers requiring emergency medication (e.g., EpiPen or inhaler) must have it accessible at all times.

We strongly discourage campers from bringing valuables, gaming devices, or expensive electronics to camp. ISNA Canada is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Parents/guardians will be added to a camp communication group prior to the start of camp where important reminders, updates, schedules, and announcements will be shared throughout the summer.

Regular camp supervision begins at 9:00 AM. Campers should not enter classrooms before this time unless they are registered in the Extended Care Program. Extended Care supervision is available for an additional fee from the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Early Hours Care is from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Regular camp pick-up is at 3:30 PM. Campers must be picked up promptly unless they are registered in the Extended Care Program. Extended Care supervision is available for an additional fee from the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Late Hours Care is from 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM

If your camper is not dropped off on time, they may not be able to participate in planned activities or attend scheduled field trips. We are unable to delay buses for late campers, as this affects the overall trip schedule.
