site, alternatively, by obtaining from the ISNA
Canada Headquarters or from your local Mosque/Islamic
Centre.

Mail
the Registration Form and amount payable to
ISNA Canada.
The
early registration applies to those Registration
Forms that accompany the payment and post-marked
no later than Friday, July 31st, 2009.
Pre-Registration
Deadline: Friday, July 31st, 2009
Please register
as early as possible. This will help in better planning
of the Convention, and will also save you money.
